OATMEAL CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES!! 😋 if you haven’t already, you NEEED to try these! ✧INGREDIENTS✧wet:• 1 cup coconut sugar• 1/2 cup vegan butter• 1/4 cup non-dairy milk• 1 tsp vanilla extractdry:• 1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour• 1 cup rolled oats• 1 tsp baking powder• 1 tsp baking soda• 1/2 tsp cinnamon• pinch of salt✧INSTRUCTIONS✧1. cream coconut sugar and vegan butter together then stir in non-dairy milk and vanilla.2. whisk the dry ingredients together in a separate bowl then add them to the wet.3. stir in the chocolate chips4. bake at 350°F for 8-12 minsfull recipe available at rosslynmaria.com ✨ enjoy!

COOKIE DOUGH ICE CREAM 🍦 summer may be coming to a close but ice cream? never.⁠⁠if you haven't already, you need to try this no-churn vegan cookie dough ice cream!⁠⁠INGREDIENTS⁠⁠ice cream⁠• 1 (400ml) can coconut cream⁠• 1 cup raw cashews⁠• 1/2 cup maple syrup⁠• 2 medjool dates (4-5 regular)⁠• 2 tsp vanilla extract⁠• 1 tsp arrowroot powder⁠• chocolate chips (to taste)⁠• pinch of salt⁠⁠cookie dough⁠• 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp oat flour⁠• 2 tbsp peanut butter⁠• 2 tbsp maple syrup⁠• splash of vanilla extract⁠• pinch of salt⁠• chocolate chips (to taste)⁠⁠INSTRUCTIONS⁠⁠1. add all the ice cream ingredients to a blender (minus the chocolate chips) and blend on high until smooth.⁠2. taste and add more dates or maple syrup for sweetness as needed.⁠3. pour into a loaf pan or freezer-safe dish.⁠4. prepare the cookie dough by mixing the peanut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla together, then stirring in the remaining ingredients.⁠5. roll the cookie dough into small balls and add it to the ice cream base.⁠6. add in additional chocolate chips, or drizzle in melted chocolate.⁠7. cover and freeze overnight.⁠8. thaw 10-20 mins before serving.⁠⁠enjoy! ✨ full recipe available at rosslynmaria.com⁠⁠.⁠.⁠.⁠.⁠.⁠.⁠.⁠.⁠.⁠.⁠#foodtographyschool #thefeedfeed #saveurmag #bestofvegan #bestofveganbaking #thefeedfeedbaking #thefeedfeedvegan #thefeedfeedglutenfree #food52 #food52grams #food52gram #foodstylingandphotography #foodstylists #foodphotography #veganfoodphotography #vegancookiedough #vegancookiedoughicecream #veganicecream #cookiedoughicecream #coconuticecream #healthyicecream #nicecreamporn #veganblogger #veganbaker #veganglutenfree
