looking for a super easy and delicious holiday treat?! try these vegan gluten-free cookie dough truffles!they're made with super simple ingredients and are absolutely delish! i used @zazubean's new hazelnut mocha latte bar, and to say i'm obsessed would be an understatement! this bar is made with oat milk which makes it SUPER creamy and sweetened with stevia, without any aftertaste – I honestly forgot it was sweetened with stevia (!!!)INGREDIENTS⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀• 1 1/2 cup oat flour ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀• 1/2 cup hazelnut butter (or peanut butter)• 1/2 cup maple syrup• 1 tsp vanilla extract• pinch of salt⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀• 1/2 hazelnut mocha latte bar (chopped)⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀• 1 1/2 hazelnut mocha latte bar (melted)⠀⠀INSTRUCTIONS⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀1.
