4-INGREDIENT VEGAN RED VELVET COOKIES
These 4-Ingredient Vegan Red Velvet Cookies make the perfect gift for vegans and non-vegans. And, they're fool-proof. Make them for festive holidays including Valentine's Day, Christmas and Canada Day.
- 1 box red velvet cake mix
- 2 flax eggs
- 1/2 cup oil (neutral tasting)
- 1 bar white chocolate (vegan)
Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
Combine 2 tbsp of ground flaxseed with 5 tbsp of water and set aside.
Line a baking sheet with a silicone mat or parchment paper.
Roughly chop the white chocolate.
Once the flax egg has gelled up, combine all the ingredients in a medium-sized bowl.
Rolled dough into 2 tbsp size balls and bake in the oven for 10-12 mins.
Take them out when they look slightly underdone and allow them to cool (and bake thoroughly) on the pan.
